Welcome 2024!

Happy New Year to you and your family! I wanted to be sure to share my word/phrase as well as a prayer with my village (YOU!) as we manage our way through this new journey.

My 2024 Word: DISCIPLINE

This word came to me so easily through prayer because it’s something I have a very tough time doing/possessing. Even when it came/comes to the simplest things. I’m sharing this with you all so that I can be held accountable to what I am saying! Call me out if needed be. Now, to share my prayer…

Dear Father God,

Thank you for being the Creator of ALL things. As we welcome this new year (2024), I ask that you watch over us. Align our moves, our conversations, and our thoughts with you and your Word. Heal those that need your healing. Fill voids. Fill feelings of doubt. Fill us with your presence. Allow kindness and selfless actions to be what we put out into the world. Thank you for your unwavering grace and mercy. Even when we don’t deserve, you still find a way to bless us and let us know that you are almighty.

In Jesus’ name by the power of the Holy Spirit, I pray…Amen!
