Girls!! Gather around. Nope, I am not pregnant based on my title.. But before you toss me in the seas of inconsistent “bloggers and influencers,” hear me out. LIFE! I have no reason why I haven’t written here. I visit my site monthly and I even debated on shutting down the site, y’all. FOR REAL. But I couldn’t do it, and the reason being…YOU!
So, like I said, I have no excuse. I have been consistent and actively posting on IG and TT (yep! I linked them for you to click and follow if you aren’t already). But instead of going on and on and on about my nine-month hiatus on here, let’s catch up on other stuff.
- Family
My babieeessssss! Everyone is doing so good. The hubs, the kids, meeeee, we are all doing well. Khlo lost two teeth within a week. 🤯 Judah is potty training and completely playing in our faces. IYKYK. I have locked in on my fitness (currently day 268) and I have lost 40.4 lbs in total with a few lbs fluctuating here and there. I will share in a future post what I did/am doing to lose the weight. I got my braces off! The BEST $6k spent and I’ll never change my mind about it!
- Latest buys / shopping
Your girl has been in the shopping streets, meaning nothing has changed. I love nice things at even nicer prices (meaning affordable). But I don’t shy away if it’s something I really want. Budgeting is essential and I am in no way encouraging anyone to spend beyond their means. I have really gravitated to perfumessss! I loveeee a good layering combo. I have 30+ screenshots of scent combos in my phone from IG and #PerfumeTok and yes, if you shared a combo, I may or may not have your post saved in my album. Haha. Of course, anything that I buy and can add to my LTK (yes, girl! It’s linked!) I have it there for you to see and shop!
- Goals
My latest goals are to keep going with my fitness journey. A healthy me is what my family needs! Another goal is to CLEAN OUT MY CLOSET, because why does it seem to not clear out even when I donate so much stuff? I am not buying that many clothes, but I will say, with body changes, I have like ZERO tops that I love, so HELP if you can! My last goal is to get back in a space of doing more of this. Stop sitting on my gift of gab and influence (in a positive manner, no gossip!) and let GOD have His way with me and my platforms.
As I look back on the past 9 months, I am completely filled with gratitude for every trial, lesson, milestone, celebration, and blessing along the way. It all shaped me to be a version of THAT GIRL that I know He created me to be. Here’s to being consistent, embracing the journey, celebrating wins, learning from the setbacks, and making the most of the months ahead with you.
