I was very excited to see Rochelle of BeautiCurve style her “shacket” which is the latest trend of a shirt/jacket combo, usually in flannel print. I was dying to get my hands on one and I purchased the exact style from Amazon. It was here in 4 days as it wasn’t a prime item. I ordered a size XXL but I totally could have settled for a XL because the plan was never to wear it as a shirt. But since I can button it all the way down, I may one day throw on a pair of leggings and go for it.
Here is how I styled the “shacket” look for apple picking:
My white tank is from Express. My denim is from Pink Blush Maternity and are literally my favorite jeans. Probably because these are the only ones I can wear comfortably. My cognac booties are Universal Thread from Target. I had to size up so that I can wear socks if needed.
I was so grateful for the yummy weather, the beautiful breeze, and the delicious apple cider. First Fall event is complete and I can’t wait for more to come in the future!
